You know I had a blast when I keep thinking of the most awesome steak I've ever had. It was almost tears-inducing. And you know its fabulous when I come back to SG insisting only on soup so I can burn off the crazy amount of food we were chuffing down our tummy. When all the money's burnt on the most yummylicious meals every single day! On top of skydiving, car rental and that pair of jeans.
Let's start with Brisbane where I spent the best 6 days of my life this year.
Day 2 - Driving to Gold Coast after shopping @ Harbour Town.
I say, we were quite lucky to be alive given that GPS robo lady was giving us shite instructions!
Turn left in 150metres...no right. Turn left. Left. Recalculating. Turn right.
Oh I floored the car for 10 secs otw to Harbour Town when the road was clear.
NEED.FOR.SPEED.
At Surfer's Paradise enjoying the evening breeze after the walk.
At the German restuarant recommended by the iPhone app. Pretty nifty!
Oh.so.good.dawgs!
Day 3: Gearing up for the ride of my life.
Pre-jump. Surprisingly, I wasn't nervous or panicky @ all.
The 30 seconds of freefalling? Most amazing sense of freedom I've ever felt in my life.
Something happened after that. It's a secret I might tell next time.
Dinner @ Sono along Brett's Wharf where we saw the most amazing lightnings aross the city skyline.
It was my reward for being lil' A's human mule.

Day 4: Lil A ordered those garlic bread and refused to eat them afterward. She says it evil.
But we had oh-so-tender&juicy kangeroo pizza!
Followed by dinner @ CCC. Best.steak.ever.in.my.life!!! Medium rare was perfecto!!! *gulp*
Lunch on day 5 @ Elizabeth Arcade. Most-worth-it meal ever! That was a level 7 spicyness curry.
I went for level 8. Next time I'll say...BRING ON LEVEL 10!!!
Along South Bank beach...having a breather for both our sprankles.
Two bad ankles don't make a good ankle. :(
Lil A said to walk along the river. It was a long walk! Fair enough. We had to burn off the calories.
She passed the emo pose. I look constipated. I did not have my sunnies!
Naked anyone? My reward after the long walk and the ferry ride.
Pride of Queensland. The brewery was 5mins from my old house @ Toowong.
Filling up with lotsa pork before hitting the casino.
Well... let's just say the homecoming to Treasury wasn't that sweet.
The Brissy sunshine was like vit D to my soul. Everything I'd lost faith in, came pouring back. It was the warmth of the air, the sunlight radiating from sky, the coolness of the night and the comforting happiness from just spending precious time wif a dear kiddo I dun see enough of.
Sydney coming next up!
